| Agreement between Alumni Association, Delhi College of Engineering (AADCE) and user
Any member or visitor defined and referred to as a "User" for the purpose of this agreement shall be deemed to have read , understood and explicitly accepted the terms and conditions as mentioned as part of this agreement. This agreement contains a set of General Terms and Conditions governing the use of this website and are binding on all "Users". The rights and liabilities of all "Users" including AADCE shall be restricted to the scope of the Terms and Conditions mentioned henceforth.
Duration and Continuity of Services through the Website
AADCE will make best efforts to ensure ongoing continuity of services available through this website. However, AADCE makes no explicit warranty for the same and also reserves in its sole discretion the right to terminate the access to any of the AADCE sites and related services or any part of the same at any time without any notice.
Users Responsibilities
At the time of registration, a "User" will choose a Login Id and a password.
1. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account. In other words user will be fully responsible for any activities that take place using their Login Id and Password
2. Any unauthorized usage of the password must be brought to the notice of AADCE immediately and password change steps taken immediately to minimize the Security Breach.
3. The "User" must not use any one else's password at all.
AADCE will not be liable for any loss that the "User" may incur through unauthorized use of user's Login Id and Password.
AADCE Right to Cancellation
In case of any unethical/ unauthorized conduct and/or misrepresentation of data, AADCE reserves the right to initiate any action as per its policy and/or law including but not limited to cancellation of the membership and/or registration of any user. AADCE will not be liable to any damage or loss that the "User" may incur as a result of such action. The "User" unequivocally indemnifies AADCE against any such claim or liability arising out of such an action.
Membership and other Charges
AADCE reserves the right to change Membership and any other charges leviable at its sole discretion without any notice. Any additional taxes/ levies will be payable in addition by the "User".
Services Usage
The usage of Services will be governed by procedures and guidelines issued by AADCE
which may be amended at any time.
The "User" will be responsible for all information/ data provided and warrants that the same will comply with requisite laws and regulations regarding data provided and use of services.
The "User" is expected to verify the accuracy of all information on their own especially in case of any linked sites.
Other terms and conditions

The jurisdiction for the purpose of this agreement is New Delhi , India.

Errors and Omissions regretted.

AADCE reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without any notice.

The "User" acknowledges and agrees that user will respect the copyrights or third party proprietary rights and not copy and/or distribute any such data/ information.

The website is strictly for personal and non-commercial use of the "User". The right to use the website or any of the provisions of the agreement do not create any kind of partnership between "User" and AADCE.

The invalidity or non-enforcability of any provision of the agreement will not have any impact on the rest of the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force.

The submission of membership fees does not automatically qualify anyone to be bonafide member of DCE Alumni Association. The Executive Commitee will verify the credentials of the applicant from the College records before admitting the person as a member.
